Made of flexible surgical grade silicone, the MyID Sleeve makes it easy to have your medical information with you.

The sleeve is about the width of a quarter. A good way to check if it fits is to hold a quarter up to your band.

When you receive your MyID Sleeve, it will arrive with instructions on how to access the MyID web site where you will enter your information.

First responders are trained to look for the medical ID symbol to give them the critical information they need to save your life. Your MyID stores your emergency contacts, medical, allergy, and insurance information in a secure, online profile that is immediately accessed via smartphone or 24/7 emergency hotline.

How MyID Works

First responders can scan your MyID profile QR code with their smartphone or call our 24/7 live operator to access your Emergency Profile. Since your profile is securely stored online, you can update your information anytime.

MyID Is Secure

Your online health profile is flexible, so you only share information you want to share. You can lock your account at any time if you lose your MyID. Your information is stored on a secure, encrypted server.

Free MyID App

Quickly manage your profile right from your iPhone or Android phone with the Free iOS and Android Apps. Plus, display your custom QR code directly on the lock screen so first responders can quickly access your profile.

My family is reassured

I live by myself and family is 100s miles away. A friend told me about his MyID Sleeve, so I bought one. My family is reassured that if anything happens they would know needed medical records could be retrieved. That gives them some relief. As far as it’s working, I hope not to find out for a while. In case it’s needed I feel secure.

Great product

I love this product! I always wear a watch and didn't want to have to wear a medical ID bracelet. The website is super easy to use and I love that I can update things so it stays current. I had a recent heart attack and my meds have changed 3 times in the last 2 months. Two of the nurses at cardiac rehab loved the idea of QR code and are sharing information with patients and one of them is ordering one for his wife. Great product.

Amazing

Everything about this is just amazing. I got the black ID sleeve for my smart watch and it fit perfect. Then I bought an ID bracelet in mint green for my daughter. Also fits perfect and scanned the QR code right away which was easy prompts to set up out profiles.

I highly recommend!

I love this product! It’s so much better than having to wear a second bracelet. My medications are changing frequently and this option allows me to change my information easily. I also like the ease of messaging my emergency contacts. I would highly recommend this product!

It gives peace of mind

We purchased the watch band sleeve and put it with the QR code facing outward for ease and speed for emergency personnel. My daughter also put the QR code as the lock screen on her phone. It gives some peace of mind. We chose QR code vs. engraved with because of changing diagnosis and best info on how to care for her.
