Crystal Medical ID Pendant Necklace - Gold Tone

I recently purchased the EMID8134 Crystal Stainless Medical ID Pendant Necklace. I had it engraved, and there was a small issue, more my fault actually, but a replacement pendant was sent to me at no cost and it is beautiful. Excellent customer service. And I like that it looks more like a pretty piece of jewelry, but also provides a very useful function. Thank you!
