This blue tone stainless steel medical ID bracelet
features a white enamel medical alert symbol centered on the front.
The magnetic clasp easily attaches to any part of the soft flexible mesh band.
Fits wrist sizes between 5.5 and 8.5 inches.
Band width is 0.5 inches and the plaque is 0.75 x 1.25 inches.
May be engraved on back with your important medical and emergency contact information.
Medical wallet card included.

Love
Love the bracelets. The color, comfort, lightweight, and stylish look make them a great bracelet to wear daily. I like the way it can be easily put on with the magnetic grip, unlike other bracelets that I've had where I need someone to help me putting it on. I bought two different colors blue, and rose gold, and they look fantastic. The medical information is on the back of the tag, keeping it private. If there are more colors available, I won't hesitate to buy more.
