Women's Medical ID Link Watch

This watch claims to be water resistant (even says it on the back of the watch, which is why I bought it.) come to find out, it is NOT water resistant even a little. I washed my hands & the watch acted like a sponge. This is very sad because A.) the watch is expensive and B.) this is my second watch from this company & my previous watch was wonderful. Guess the quality is going down.

It sounds like the rubber gasket which keeps the water out may be faulty or was not installed properly when the battery was placed in the watch face. We will notify the manufacturer to see if they heard of similar issues with these watches. Please contact customer service if you would like to exchange the watch or would prefer a refund.

I am so pleased with my watch! It is exactly what I needed. The appearance is so classy, it appears to be very durable, and is very important to me should someone be attending to me in case of an emergency. Thank you so much!

Good product

I am a senior with arthritis in my fingers. Original band difficult to open/close. Easy to read numbers and engraving. Fashionable. You replaced the original band with the expansion band at no extra cost. It works fine. Salesman was friendly and helpful with the exchange. I wish you could light up the face in the dark or have the hands glow in the dark.
