Great customer service

I had purchased a medical ID bracelet with the twist o flex band. When I received it it pinched my skin and also pulled the hair on my arm. I let Elegant Medical Alert know I wasn't very happy with my purchase. Within a day they sent me an email letting me know I had a full credit to use on another item. I ordered a different bracelet with a heavy metal chain. This bracelet is perfect! I could not be happier! Great quality, great looks and no pinching or pulling hair. This is great customer service ! ! ! ! ! Thank you

Exceptional!
