This stainless steel medical ID bracelet with curb chain is plated with 18K gold. The plaque is approximately 2 inches x 1 1/2 inches and the bracelet has a lobster clasp closure.

Use a soft cloth without chemicals to clean gold plated jewelry. Polishing cloths available from Elegant Medical Alert contain chemicals that may penetrate the surface and remove gold plating.

May be engraved on front and/or back. Medical alert wallet card included.

Evaluation

Bracelet looks good, however, after only 1 months of infrequent use, some of the gold plating has worn off. Plus kinda hard to get fastened, a slightly bigger loop might help. Thanks.

Its very stylish, elegant and durable

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my New elegant medical ID bracelet. I wanted something that I could include as much information as possible. Since this model allows for 18 characters per line, with a little planning I was able to include a recent surgery, my blood type, sleep apnea settings and all my allergies. This particular style bracelet, reminds me of my old ID bracelet I had back in high school. Its very stylish, elegant and durable. I am SO HAPPY I found this website and was able to order exactly what I needed, in a style I actually love. Thank you!

I was disappointed

The quality and the engraving was great. I was disappointed in what I received. The bracelet is way to big and so is ID part. Thought it would fit in more of a curved style not ad straight ad it was. Also the chain was very wide. That is not your fault. I guess my thoughts of how it was going to look was way off. I can't afford to buy another one but I'm wearing this one with a small modification. Wearing it under my watch. Thank you.

Elegant Medical Alert: Model #EMIDJ2043 may be a better choice for you. The plaque and chain are both smaller than this bracelet.

Pleased

Not quite what I expected

I should have realized this, but the plaque of the bracelet is very large. And the chain is long. I'll need to have it shortened.

Elegant Medical Alert: Model #EMIDJ2043 would probably be a better fit for you. The plaque and length of chain are both smaller than this bracelet.

Looks very nice

Bracelet has wonderful engravings and looks very nice. I brought it to a jeweler to make more of a curve on the tag since it sat too flat on my wrist - jutting out on either side of my wrist.
