I wasn't aware these were sold as anklets. I don't wear bracelets and rings due to the nature of my work and I find necklaces cumbersome at times. This is the perfect size and I almost forget I'm wearing it. There is not much space for engraving and the included wallet card is very small. I opted to purchase the QR wallet card that allows me to enter more detailed information that can be changed at any time. Overall this combo purchase is working well for me. Thankfully, I haven't had any episodes that requires it's intended use, but I have security in knowing that emergency medical professionals will be able to get the information they need. My family also has some peace of mind as well.

It took a while to arrive, though I selected standard International post. On arrival it quickly became my favorite pieces to wear. Good clasps, solid chain... I wear it all the time.
