It did take a little long to ship, but I love it. I can wear it around my neck and hide it. Love the color, love the product. Would recommend.

Great product and amazing customer service!

My husband got a new phone number so I needed a new tag, and we were about to leave for San Francisco for a business trip for him where I would be mostly wandering around the city on my own, so I needed it ASAP. They put a rush on it for me and I got it in time. I was very impressed with their courtesy and extra effort without charging any extra.

Fun to personalize, good range of medical conditions to choose from

Love my SEIZURES necklace. Used to have one that said EPILEPTIC but I really have a non-specific seizure disorder. Last seizure I had, I was at work, and they called 911 for liability reasons, but they were also able to call my husband right away and he high-tailed it over there. I would definitely recommend getting the silencer. Only thing I don't like is the chain - my clasp broke and I had to fix it with pliers.
