Safety Clasp Medical ID Bracelet - Wide Plaque

I ordered a bracelet with my dad's name and contact information. Since he tends to wander, this will help anyone who finds him know that he has Alzheimer's and how to reach us.

I placed the order and it didnt ship on time. Then it was later marked as shipped but never left the warehouse/got picked up my a shipping company. I called them on this and they shipped "another" item to me (and told me it would be through expedited shipping), yet it also arrived late. I was also underwhelmed by the design; it definitely didnt look as nice as was pictured. The long, thin plate design looks rather cheap.

I needed a medical alert bracelet to quickly and easily identify my husband's health issues in order to provide him with maximum protection. He has memory issues, is on a blood thinner, has hypertension and CDK, all of which an EMT would need to know about immediately. Of course, price was an issue (but not at this site, which was very reasonable considering the quality), readability of the inscribed text (what good is the info if it cannot be easily and quickly read), sustainability (stainless steel cannot be beat), not easy to remove (this style is recommended by doctors), and a custom fit (my husband's fit perfect, not too loose to aggravate him, but not too tight to annoy him). In short, this was the IDEAL bracelet and one that I will be recommending to anyone needing one. I am so happy I found this site! Their items look like they came from a jewelry store, which they kind of do! Be very aware that many bracelet inscriptions cannot be read hardly at all--your protection would be nil with that type of bracelet and you might as well throw your money away. The darker text on mine is so easy to read, even with my 71 year old eyes. Another reason to buy from this company and get this bracelet in particular--two sides of text!!! My husband had multiple issues that required for more than one side!!! I solved the issue by selecting this text for the front--See back re John, Memory Issues, Blood Thinner and, on the back, I listed Stents, Hypertension and my ICE (emergency) contact number--PERECT!!!
