Medical ID bracelet with stainless steel plaque. The bracelet is composed of onyx and genuine pearls and features a heart and crystal charm. Clasps are stainless steel.

Displays a medical alert symbol on a plaque which may be engraved on front and/or back. Plaque measures approximately 1 1/2 x 3/8 inch and attaches to the bracelet with lobster clasps.

Medical alert wallet card included.

This is a MIX and MATCH bracelet! The plaque is interchangeable and can be worn with any of our other MIX and MATCH bracelets with a 1 1/2 inch length plaque.

Really really pretty

I bought the pearl and onyx beaded medical ID bracelet, 6.0 inches (7.5 with plaque), engraved, in stainless steel (EMID1587). Wearing a medical ID bracelet is very new to me, and I hated the idea. This bracelet is really really pretty, the beads are not too large, it fits my wrist perfectly. The engraving is spot on, very easy to read, and was correct. The bracelets are interchangeable which I love.
