This Down Syndrome awareness bracelet has a blue stretch band with an attractive sterling silver plated charm featuring a blue and yellow Down Syndrome awareness ribbon on both sides.

The oval charm is approximately 0.75 inch x 0.5 inch. The blue band is about 7 inches and elastic so it stretches to fit any size wrist.
