Trendy sterling silver plated beads go around this stretch Down Syndrome awareness bracelet. There is a blue and yellow Down Syndrome awareness ribbon charm symbol, as well as a heart charm that says, Where There is Love There Is Life.

The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches wide and has elastic so it stretches to fit any size wrist. The heart charm is approximately 1 x 1 inch and the ribbon is 1/2 x 1 inch.

Down Syndrome Bracelet

This is a beautiful bracelet but the longer you wear it and not take it off it changes color and doesn’t look nice. I guess you need to take it off when you do hands on work. I still give it 5 stars.
