wrong, wrong, wrong
The bracelet is ok....I asked for it be engraved on the front, they engraved it on the back...will not be sending it back as I am just tired of the hassles with returning stuff, paying the postage etc. etc.....won't order from this company again as they can't seem to pay attention to detail...

I'm sorry that we engraved the wrong side of your bracelet. Usually our engravers are pretty meticulous, but obviously they did not follow your directions. I will have a new bracelet engraved for you on the side you requested. You may keep the original bracelet to have as a back up. I apologize for our mistake.
