Medical ID Pendant in Sterling Silver - Diamond Cut 22mm

This pendant is beautiful in design and if you have to wear one it may as well be nice. My disappointment is with the cheap connector to the pendant that the necklace chain goes through. Instead of a strong ring or something secure, which is actually the point in case of an accident, I was wearing it my first day for only 2 hours while doing normal activity when I noticed the pendant was gone and found the metal connector open as it is very soft metal. For the amount you pay it should come with some reliable and secure connector for the chain to go through, and for the sake of safety all of them should so they are intact when needed. Otherwise the workmanship was lovely.
