Easy Solution

I had necessary information that wouldn't fit on my ID tag of my bracelet. I purchased this small circular tag, had the engraving completed, and added the tag to one end opening of my regular ID tag. Now it simply appears to the untrained eye that I just have a charm hanging on my bracelet, a perfect solution to my dilemma. This company has a business model other businesses might emulate. Customer service is phenomenal--fast, efficient, friendly, etc. After I placed my order, I found an unnoticed typo in my engraving information. I contacted them, and the errror was corrected. I even received a response on July 4 to my initial inquiry that day. Without question I will return to Elegant Medical Alert should I need any of their products. Thank you for a smooth easy transaction.
