Medical ID bracelet with stainless steel plaque. This interchangeable black rubber bracelet can attach to any of our mix and match medical ID plaques. Clasps are stainless steel.

Medical alert symbol is displayed on the stainless steel plaque which also may be engraved on front and/or back.

Plaque measures approximately 1 1/2 x 3/8 inch and attaches to the bracelet with lobster clasps.

Available is several sizes. Medical alert wallet card included.

This is a MIX and MATCH bracelet! The plaque is interchangeable and can be worn with any of our other MIX and MATCH bracelets with a 1 1/2 inch length plaque.

This is Great

Love this medical id bracelet. I have been looking for medical ID's that "fit me" and this one does.

Adequate

This bracelet is impossible to put on by yourself and difficult to put on someone else. The rubber is pre-shaped so you must put it on with the hooks and the tubing both facing the right way or it wont connect. If you can get it on correctly, it's an unobtrusive bracelet that doesn't interfere with keyboarding or other hand-based activities.

Functional bracelet

Moderately thick (1/4 inch) solid rubber cord; true to length; very small clasp, difficult (so far impossible) to put on by myself. The bracelet is somewhat stiff and, if not tight, will project away from the wrist.
